Driver loading has been blocked. Windows 10. How to solve?

Hello everyone
I'm trying to install TitanHide for debugging programs, but after transferring it to %systemroot%\system32\driversa file titanhide.sys, writing it

sc create TitanHide binPath=%systemroot%\system32\drivers\titanhide.sys type=kernel

. It seems so, I don’t remember the exact command, then after starting it, it sc start TitanHidedisplays this:

[SC] StartService: ошибка: 1275:
Загрузка драйвера была заблокирована

Please help how to fix? Tried with bcdedit testsigning on, but didn't work. Please, I really need this plugin!!!
