What can you say about such an assembly on ryzen?

This is not a complete assembly, but an upgrade, only what is bold will be bought!
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
MB: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
RAM: HyperX DDR4-3333 32GB (HX433C16PB3K2 / 32) considered the best among the B450. As for the rest, the issue is still unresolved. If everything is simple with the processor: I just can’t understand if I need a Ryzen 7 3700x which costs almost like two ryzen 5 3600. no idea. So far I'm looking at these whales: HyperX DDR4-3333 32GB Predator (HX433C16PB3K2/32)

Only memory that can be overclocked a little, at least up to 3333 Mhz, is of interest.
From this list, only Sniper X is available in stores, so I have nowhere to rush yet.

if possible, then buy a GTX 2060 video card, but in principle this will also work.
