Why does the Internet not work via cable, but does it work via WIFI?
There is a computer that is connected to the router via a cable, the provider's cable is connected to the router. Last night, the Internet stopped working on a PC via cable, and when I connect a wi-fi adapter (such as a flash drive), the Internet works. How to make the Internet work again by cable?
I already rebooted everything, reset the router settings, reinstalled the drivers for the network, re-crimped the cable, ip address, etc.

Dig in the direction that your network card does not receive a normal IP address from the router via DHCP, and it is assigned from the 169.254.x.x range. If, as you write, "Everything works on the netbook through this cable," then this clearly indicates the difficulties with the PC itself, presumably with the network card.
