Loss of connection to the Internet, "rescue" - rebooting the router, BUT, is this the provider's problem?

Hello Dear users and community of Toster.ru.
The essence of the problem:
- moved to another place of residence, before that he used a provider from MTS for about 5 years
- at this address, the previous resident used a provider from TTK, according to his experience - he had no problems at TTK, except for one: once a week or once every 2 weeks, the Internet fell off, and rebooting the router = always solves this problem. Otherwise, there are no problems.
- since this person used both MTS and Rostelecom at this address and, as a result, was not satisfied with them in terms of connection quality, etc., I decided to connect to the TTK and not play "with tambourines".
- yet, he rarely visited the apartment, that's why he said "once a week, once every 2-3 weeks", i.e. rarely is it for him.
I connected the Internet from TTK, the same cable, all the work of the installer when she arrived was: reset the settings to the factory settings of my router (because for some reason the connection did not go next to the MTS already broken), entering login, password, server. After everything worked.
Problems:
- literally the next day, I had this problem, and since then it happens 1 time in 24 hours, or happens 2 times a day. SOLUTION: Reboot the router. And this "SOLUTION" = WORKS 100%. Everything starts working right away.
* on MTS, which I used before for about 5 years (at a different address), rebooting the router never helped me, of course, from the support service they always tried to somehow indirectly reduce the problem to my router (everyone is familiar with this - how the service behaves support in this regard), BUT everything always came down to one thing = they have problems. They solved them, and everything worked. Once again I repeat = never a reboot helped me with anything.
Also, restarting always helps. Yesterday it was raining in my city, and the Internet generally "fell off" that the reboots did not help. Nothing worked for about 1 hour. But my question is still about the problem, which I describe in detail.
- I made an application, today a technical specialist from TTK contacted me:
1) Immediately explained everything to him about the use of the previous client with his equipment, and told about his problem already on my equipment.
2) Of course, he began to reduce everything to my router, even after such a story that I was not the only one - right there, on the same cable, on the same connection, on other equipment = had the same problems.
3) We agreed to connect the cable directly, and he will put my connection under control for a day, if there are breaks or plugs, he will fix them and people will come to try to fix the problem. There will be a call tomorrow.
*Yes, the Internet icon, when this happens on the router, is on, but there is no Internet, the exclamation mark near the clock on the computer (via cable connection from the router), on gadgets (via Wi-Fi) is also "!".

What I'm afraid of and can't understand:
- if the Internet via cable doesn't really fall off, and the problem occurs only when connected through a router, but is it still their problem, not mine? What can you refer to? That they still came to do something. I’m just not an expert, but it really can’t be that both people with two different routers suddenly have the same thing happen, and our routers are to blame.
But to prove, or somehow argue, refer to something ... I just don’t understand what I can point to so that they still undertake to solve the problem, and not blame it, that my equipment is to blame, but here they say "by cable directly" everything is fine, the problem is not ours, but yours.
I turn to specialists and people who may have had experience with a similar problem. I hope to help with the answer, if I hypothetically omit the problem with my equipment, then what could be the problem of the provider, what to refer to, how to convey to the provider to solve the real problem.

"The tradition has come true" today the Internet fell off straight away, only rebooting the computer helped. The technician fixed the problem on their side. Now I am waiting for 7 working * days, when they come to visit, and what they will do as a result.
Reconnecting didn't help, closing/opening/connecting = didn't help. Restarting the computer helped. Those. the router is out of business, which I was talking about, but I evaluate the skeptic correctly, so my friends can understand you. There is another question below:
The only thing that I did not like, he told me that if I have a problem, then I have to pay 500 rubles. Again, this is a problem for me (like a cable can). Although he told me that he just needs to voice it, and he himself understands that this is definitely not my problem. After all, the Internet disappears 1 time in 24 hours in a certain time range from 9 to 14 approximately = 1 time, reboot saves, and until the next day everything works as it should.
Now it’s interesting that a specialist who comes specifically from my city can already “poison” me, because I talked with Khabarovsk, and a specialist from my city will come. Will he want to put the blame on me again, do nothing really, blame it on my cable, and cut down 500 rubles.
But the logs that he recorded and the full description - he said that he had attached and would send. It’s still interesting how people who understand such a situation would behave if a lazy specialist just wants to do nothing really, let’s squeeze the cable again and just rub on the ears so that 500 rubles and leave. Who read my message, and probably read this (I hope), how would you behave, please advise.
P|S It's just that the first person who came to install (enter three lines and press start) did not inspire confidence, because he rebooted the entire router for me and silently said so. Although it would be possible to simply reboot, first try the router, due to the fact that the connection did not work, but it was stupidly everything to the factory settings, everything is OK = I went. If he comes again, I think he can again poison something off topic, if only, as if, as if only - to close, cut down, leave. And you just can’t imagine what kind of Support Service they have: 3 days to process the application, and actually on the 3rd day they will contact you, then if there is a problem, wait another 7 * working days. Well, these "gift-possible" for what? 500 rubles, of course, also haunt him, from which he will jump and paint that I need to pay.

Eliminate the problem with yourself first, for example:
- Plug the Internet directly into the computer and monitor its breaks
- Try to change the router for a while, monitor it
- In the end, update the firmware of your router, try a different power supply (there are problems)
If the breaks still persist - this is a weighty argument to the Operator.

Подскажите, можно ли ездить с такими дисками или надо их проточить, а если надо менять, то можно ли ставить не оригинал или если да, то какой лучше? Или это может быть из-за колодок, у меня стоит не оригинал "Нишинбо", покупал на рынке, есть подозрение, что это китайское палево.
Может тогда просто поменять колодки?
