Is there a service for listening to audio tracks from Youtube videos?

There are services that allow you to download videos from Youtub, but are there services that allow you not to watch a video, but to listen to an audio track?
Ask what is it for? It’s just my mobile tariff with limited traffic, and even on the train it’s sometimes convenient to just listen to the audio track without looking at the screen. At home, you can use Wi-Fi, and on the road it would be convenient to find the right video on YouTube, add a couple of characters in the address bar and listen.
Maybe someone will make a similar service, I think for a small annual fee it would be in demand.

Somehow I used a service that allows you to download a music track from a YouTube video (I don’t remember the URL, google it), but this is not quite as I understand it, would you like streaming and not downloading?

not streaming, but downloading
is not always only an audio track, sometimes audio is taken from a video - you need avconv/ffmpeg
