MTS "Smart for Your Own" - 10 gigs per month, unlimited calls, no roaming, 200 rubles per month (difficult to get, Google to help)
Tele2 unlimited black - full anlim for 300 per month (you can’t buy it in MSC, it is available in the regions, it works in the Russian Federation)
I use MTS - tablet, 20 rubles per month, 16 MB per day, enough for little things like checking mail and text sites. Not enough for a navigator.
