Dragging icons across the desktop in Windows 2008?
Hello colleagues.
We have two terminal servers: one with Win2003 x64, the second with Win2008 x64 R2. In Active Directory, they are in the same OU and are controlled by the same group policy.
On a server with Win2008 there is a problem: it is impossible to move shortcuts and files around the desktop. As soon as you grab the file and start dragging it to the side, the cursor changes to a crossed out circle and it's all over. Drag n drop works in folders.
All settings in the GPO in User Settings\Admin. Templates\Desktop\Active Desktop is set to "Not Set"
On the server with Win2003, everything is fine: shortcuts and files are dragged around the desktop, the location is saved.
I will be grateful for help.
