Problems with history in ie11, how to find?

There is a domain (AD), on client computers actually the disgrace is created.
There is no history in IE, not at all, not even a "tree" - today, yesterday, this week
. this phenomenon is stable.
But I couldn't find it in the politicians.
I would appreciate any advice, thanks in advance.

Empty History
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs - Maintained properly.
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\History is recreated upon deletion, everything seems to be ok.
