Dosbox external subtitles for games?

Let's discuss a crazy idea.
Dosbox in games shows video. We assume the FPS of this video, we catch the dosbox access to the file, by the reading position we display the desired text on top of the window with the game, as Fraps does.
We make subtitles for the game, where they are not provided.

What is the question? If you want to do it, do it.
Just keep in mind that in games under DOS, animation does not mean playing some video files with a certain fps.
