How to implement DOS interrupts?

I'm working on a mini-OS for administration through a bootable flash drive. Now I'm at the bootloader stage. Of course, DOS interrupts do not work and should not work. How to make them work?
I looked at the MS-DOS sources and saw a file that is included with every utility that uses DOS interrupts. And in truth, interruptions were described there. In the file with interrupts, another file was included, with macros. I spent 5 days adapting them to my translator (YASM 1.3.0). Is there a way to use interrupts in my project?
