Why does an error occur when updating the BIOS?

I am updating the BIOS of a Supermicro X8STi-F motherboard. I created a bootable USB flash drive with DOS and threw the BIOS firmware on it. I boot from a flash drive, run the update and get an error. How to solve it? What does she mean?
