How to make a bootable USB flash drive from floppy images?

There are diskette images of MS-DOS 6.22 OS.
I would like to put it on a USB flash drive and run it on a computer.
What programs can be used to do this?

And to heighten the effect, work in GRUB4DOS. Remove the image from the floppy using ULTRA ISO. Throw the image on a flash drive. Put the pho dos hornbeam on a USB flash drive. In menu.lst, register the launch of the floppy image. Everything is done quickly in Google

if the image is in iso format, then you can try to write some UltraISO for example

grub perfectly knows how to eat various images. As a bonus, you can also make a menu.
