Domain with CNAME record?
Where can I buy a cheap domain with the ability to add a CNAME record, needed for a webhook that will stand on pythonanywhere. I bought a domain here , but it turned out there is no such possibility.

You can delegate your domain to yandex by recording the dns servers dns1.yandex.net and dns2.yandex.net
https://yandex.ru/support/connect/delegate-domain.html
And then you can add as many CNAMEs as you like
Delegate any domain to Yandex Connect and add as many as you want
Canonical names are only available for subdomains. Those. example.com cannot be a CNAME and must necessarily have an A record with an IP address, but mail.example.com can already be "redirected" to any other domain.
But there is CNAME Flattening [Introducing CNAME Flattening: RFC-Compliant CNAMEs at a Domain's Root]( https://blog.cloudflare.com/introducing-cname-flat... ) but I have not yet figured out what it is and how it works and I can't say for sure if you need it
