Do I need a post on the budget Smart Home?
Briefly about the smart home: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A3%D0%BC%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B9_%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%BC
Very, very briefly about what I got (the very end of the comment): habrahabr.ru/company/hp/blog/112552/#comment_3611440
PS I don't ask for karma :) Just wondering how relevant)

Certainly! A good, smart post with a bunch of facts, taken from my head :)
Plus!
Why then the question? :) if you find it interesting, then go ahead.
I also find it interesting.
I will read it with pleasure.
It will be interesting to read. And will it be a budget house, or will it be made of economical material?
Smart home is always interesting! Since everyone has their own vision of this issue ...
We are waiting for the article! :)
Needed. I want to assemble it myself with regulation of light intensity, temperature sensors in the apartment / on the street, a sensor for the presence of people in the rooms (a person came in - they turned on the light, there was no one in the room - they turned it off and a switch on the wall - on / off / automatically when people are present) and automatic opening / by closing the taps - set the desired temperature, the hot and cold water taps themselves open and adjust the water temperature.
Weird question. I have not seen such posts since the moment of registration.
Needed. Separately, I am interested in which wires, where and how they are stretched.
As I understand it, each outlet receives not only 220V, but also wires from the main server? the same wires to all sensors?
I would like to prepare for the next repair and think in advance where to install the wires in the walls.
Alex_EXEcuter, My apartment is also idle now. I want to implement smart home functions.
Please. Especially if that's all in practice.
The topic is good, there would be those who would like to write a whole series ;-)
so 5 years ago I had to get acquainted with “smart houses”, but not a budget option ... all this is interesting ...
