Hello. The hard drive has disappeared from My Computer along with all its files. It is recognized normally in the BIOS. I can't get it back through the disk management utility. It just happened once, I started checking the disk. After 3 stages of verification, the lines file record segment [number] is unreadable went.
I really need a disk, please help.

Use WinHEX. It sees the physical disks. And it will allow you to copy (save) your files if the cluster chains are intact. Just prepare another physical disk.

So the problem is more serious. Check (just in case) the wires and switch to another port. If it doesn’t help - you won’t fix anything yourself - take it to a disk recovery specialist (if the data from it is very necessary).
