Does the number of outgoing calls depend on the number of trunks?
If, for example, there is an E1 stream and 2 connecting lines (it’s more correct to call them timeslots, am I right?). As I understand it, simultaneous reception of two incoming calls is possible. Does the number of outgoing calls depend on the number of trunks or not?

One timeslot in E1 is 64 kbps. You can send a voice over it, or you can use it for signal traffic. Ideally, 1 time slot is one connection, no matter which way.
The maximum number of outgoing calls depends on the number of free lines at the moment (not busy with an incoming call).

Not only two, E1 is 30 lines.
Let's say two people called your organization and are now communicating with managers.
Then the number of lines free from calls became 28, all of them can be used simultaneously to call 28 different regions of the country, for example.
But if at this moment someone else wants to call your managers, he will not be able to do this, the number will be “busy”. This is subject to an appropriate distribution of telephone numbers per line.
