You need a headset that supports Multipoint.

I use the solution from Plantronics . The headset is connected to the PC via USB, to the phone as standard - via the audio jack. There is a control unit where you can answer and hang up, and, most importantly, you can control the volume of sound sources. For example, we speak in Teamspeak and listen to music, with the help of the regulator you can make the music louder, and the TS a little quieter. The same goes for answering a call. Recommend.
