What can I do for perfect ip-telephony?

I just don’t understand which way to dig: I need to provide ip telephony to 28 employees, everyone should have a wireless phone. I chose the option to buy all the Gigaset C530A IPs,
put the bases in the server room and distribute the tubes with chargers to the rest. But now I found out that there is such a thing Gigaset DECT Manager N720 DM PRO and Gigaset DECT N720 IP PRO Multicell.
As I understand it, it’s more correct to buy these stations and buy as many handsets as you need, this is more correct in terms of scalability, but they indicate 8 simultaneous calls to the base, that is, to talk to 28 people at the same time (ideally) you need 4 bases. If I buy a DECT Manager, will it perform Multicell functions or not? Help who than can.

Tried Gigaset C530A IP. There is a significant drawback. The base allows, in my opinion, to connect 4 and 5 tubes. In fact, at the same time, 2 handsets will work on IP telephony anyway. Those. for 28 subscribers - 14 bases. It is possible, but

  • expensive (each base 5300 rubles)
  • inconvenient to manage (each database has its own IP address, its own admin panel)
  • inconvenient to connect - you will need 28 Ethernet ports, 28 220V sockets

Multicell did not encounter the Gigaset DECT N720 IP PRO, but if you cannot directly connect DECT handsets to it, then what for is it needed?

your organization already has its own PBX?

If I understand the circuit correctly, then the N720 DM is only the control part. Real channels are provided by N720 IP.

As an option, put a VOIP gateway and it is already possible to connect ordinary radiotelephones to it. If it is not the functionality of the handset that is important, not the show-off, but simply so that you can take a call anywhere.
Asterisk also has a wonderful function, when an employee is not in place, you can forward a call to his mobile phone.

I would choose the option of installing a Panasonic PBX, like the NS500 option (everything is on IP, but it is possible to tie the physical component as well).
Panasonic has excellent high-density base stations (up to 8 channels) for creating a microcell (DECT). There are also repeaters to increase the coverage area.
Plus, you can connect incoming city phones of any kind (from a simple "pair" to SIP and E1 stream).
If you plan a large staff and load - look towards the NS1000.

If you need a dect in VoIP, the easiest way is to deploy a full-fledged microcellular network.
For example, the proven Kirk 400 (now Spectralink).
Each base itself base + can be a controller. Read the performance characteristics, I think this is what you need.

I would also notice the following: first, be sure to feel these siemens. I have 460ip and 610ip. And those others are sometimes very annoying with their slow interface. Evaluate for your realities.
