Does SSD wear increase in this case?

I read a lot that the number of rewrite cycles affects the life of the ssd. Tell someone if you use it for constant round-the-clock distribution, once files are uploaded to it, how harmful is it to the device?

Yes, and not only on ssd, but also on HDD. But you should not pay attention to this - in home use, you will not run into this for sure.

It is generally harmful to work, horses die from work.
And about the harm, it's as bad as turning on the TV, or heating food in the microwave.
They also deteriorate gradually from work.

It will feel best when it is turned off, but you did not take it for this. Now a lot of hosting even moved to SSD. Yes, and a lot of information is written on the fences. I constantly worked with one ssd for 5 years until I sold the laptop. Now the last ssd is already 2 years old too. Of these 2 years, 4 mb hours, the laptop was not included. The flight is normal.
