Choosing SSD in p410 to replace SATA HDD?

Hello.
The office has a 6th generation HP server with a p410 512 mb controller and SATA disks in several RAID1. A couple of Wirth servers are spinning on it, one of which is a terminal for file 1C. HDD health is deteriorating, and they are slow. I thought about replacing it with an SSD. You need 4 drives for two RAID1 arrays - one for a virtual machine for a terminal server, one for 1C bases. A volume of more than 120 is not needed, even 60 would be enough, well, SATA2. What can you advise?
