MacBook Pro late 2008 + SSD in Optibay?

After reading several articles on Habré, I also decided to breathe new life into the old plug.
I bought and installed an optibey and an OCZ Agility 3 120 Gb SSD. Native hdd left in its place. Everything, of course, flies, but there are two questions-problems:
1. information about the system:
Communication speed: 3 gigabits
Installed connection speed: 1.5 gigabits
ssd supports 3 GB, the interface too. why the set speed can be 1.5?
2. There was a strange problem - periodically (several times a day) everything freezes for 10 seconds. It feels like it's because of the SSD. That is, you can click on the icons - switch between applications that are already hanging in the RAM, and the speed of reading from the disk drops to 0 for these 10 seconds and the “carousel” starts spinning. What could it be?
The latest SSD firmware, trim is turned off (in one of the articles on Habré and in the table on the wiki, I found that trimming is not necessary for my ssd controller)

Both problems are solved by flashing and fixing the speed link. I myself have the same poppy, and almost the same ssd (volume 240)

made O_O these eyes, went to look for what they write there as an argument, because it is obvious that this is rave. Actually, I found an article - nonsense as it is. turn on TRIM, don't force the hardware.

Try to put the SSD in place of the HDD, I don’t know how in macbooks, but in some laptops on dvd / cd-roms, a slower controller is soldered than for the HDD.
