Does not see disks when installing Windows 7, what could be the problem?

Windows 7 won't install

Iron

Материнская плата: MSI B365M Mortar
Процессор: i9-5400f
NVME SSD Samsung 970 evo plus

The error during installation is that it does not see drives (neither ssd nor flash drive)
All drivers from the disk (+ to usb3.0) and from ssd (original and patched) were integrated, hotfixes (for nvme) and updates (all available) were installed . The BIOS was reset, flashed ..
After installing a regular hard drive, it became clear that it did not see it either. Apparently the problem is in the chipset (there is no driver for the seven)?

I solved the problem by migrating the installed OS from the hard disk, and the NVME drivers and hotfixes integrated by me are operational - I didn’t have to do anything after installation (the ssd is visible immediately). Apparently, in addition to boot.wim and install.wim, there are also dependencies in the installer.

does not see - at what stage?
standard actions:
1. installer from Win 10
2. flash drive formatted in fat32
3. integrate usb drivers in install.wim
4. burn to a flash drive and show ssd drivers when installing
PS To control, install Ten
