How to disable mouse movement in any games using keyboard hotkey?

I would very much like to have such a simple ability to disable mouse movement (mouse buttons function, only movement) in any programs and games using a hot key on the keyboard (1st mode when pressed, 2nd mode on / off) due to physiological features. Please let me know the possible options. Scripts (AHK) do not affect mouse movement in DirectX applications.
