PC freezes out of the blue, what could be the reason?

From time to time, the PC freezes, no specific event has been performed before.
I reinstalled Windows, the situation repeated itself, where to look for pain?
Falls off after 2-3 minutes

The very first thing that could be a problem is the power supply
Then overheating
Then take out and plug in the rest of the pieces of iron in turn (maybe the RAM is filled up to a broken chip, the HDD hangs on a broken sector)
Download Aida64 - there is a simple stress test with temperature graphs in the top menu and others

Check your memory for errors. Check that there is no closure of the motherboard contacts to the case, check the capacitors.
