How in Windows 10, when connecting headphones, set up sound output to the built-in speakers?

The fact is that the microphone and headphone jacks on my laptop (hp envy m6) are combined. When connecting headphones with a built-in microphone, the microphone works properly, but the sound is output through the headphones, and I need the sound to continue to be output through the built-in speakers.
Thank you.

Most often (read - always, with rare exceptions), the contact located in the ... connector (!) is physically broken there,
either change (remake) the connector, or buy a microphone for 60-150 rubles

How many audio subsystems have I met on computers - they always have auto-detection where exactly the speakers or microphone are connected. One has only to plug in the cable, and the input / output of the signal switches to it. In desktop (and in old laptops, which had separate audio plugs), this is done in the mixer chip in a purely electronic way, and in new laptops, which have a single and combined connector, most likely, purely mechanically. If so, then nothing can be done about this switch. Well, except to open the laptop, and with a soldering iron under a magnifying glass, very carefully short-circuit those contacts that open when the plug is plugged in.
