Hello! We have a small IT company (up to 15 people), we are engaged in custom software development for large corporations and government agencies. customers. Maintaining a client and selling can last from a month to a year, the owner is directly involved in the process. There are few warm leads, there are many meetings, letters, partnership agreements, presentations and other corporate interactions with each potential client. There are many cold, not very interested customers of facebook, mail, etc., there are vendor partners through whom sales can also come - I also want to keep these guys in a single database.
After the conclusion of the contract, everything is debugged - MS Project, Jira, Service Desk. Before the contract, all logs and tasks are kept in separate correspondence, notes, and tasks. I want to unite and build a system. We need not a classic funnel, but rather a product for leading partners.

Most likely, if you have such a need, and you already see that you can’t cope with standard tools, you can try it. Take a CRM and put it on your hosting so that everything is under control.
