Tell me a simple system for accounting for hourly work in a web studio

I am looking for a simple and preferably free system for accounting for hourly work in a web studio.

Task definition:

There are clients with periodically arising small tasks, there is a supporter who performs them on an hourly basis.

A system with a simple form is required, where customers would submit their requests, see their statuses and the time spent. And, for example, once every two months they could receive a summary plate and an invoice for payment.

That is, something like a project management system, but very simple for the client (at the level there is one form with a couple of fields and a pivot table with a list of works).

It seems to me that you will not stop at "a system with a simple mold". Therefore, I advise you to think about what to write yourself.

No, at the moment we need just such a simple thing, it won’t take long to write it, but it’s more convenient to use something ready to use. There is simply an hourly rate and you need to take it into account, and to make it very simple. In general, the same hairis is not bad, but it seems like there is no entrance for customers and there are problems with freebies.

Look at redmine. I can’t say if these features are coming right away or if you need to install some kind of add-on, I worked with an already configured system as a user. There was an opportunity to drive in hours for tasks, and to make selections like “what did Vasya Pupkin do from January 1 to January 10” (and Vasya could customize the display of his time spent for the week). I'm not sure about exporting to Excel.

I use toggl.com. Try it.

I use Collabtive in my personal projects . I think if the studio is small it will be enough. There are all the chips for tracking time, setting tasks, etc.

clockingit.com keeps track of the time spent on a task, email notifications, email reply adds a comment to the task, subtasks, open source Gantt chart (you can install it on your server), SaaS, customer accounts. Of the minuses interface.

Look towards feng office - www.fengoffice.com. Not quite simple, but quite intuitive.
