Dot Gain - no. Profiles of a different color space - mandatory, always, and in general, the first step is to find consistent colors in all target profiles. For example, I select them in Photoshop (the interface is more convenient than in a chandelier) - rgb, smik, monochrome, pantones - I transfer them to the chandelier and generate separate *.ASE libraries from it, which I then load into all design programs, which eliminates the need constantly monitor colors.
