Paper for drawings or graph paper, where can I buy it?

I found on the net such a wonderful picture in my opinion:

I want to know if such paper exists at all or was it created using a computer program?
If there is exactly the same paper, where can I buy it? Internet resource or store...

Large-format paper such as Canson or Pacon + lined with a white pencil. Get some blueprint draw grid and you can draw whatever you want with white marker like "MythBusters".

Now no one draws by hand, except for students taking term papers and diplomas, and even then ...
Especially with projections, as in the picture.
Especially with white on blue. It would be nice if it was black and white.
Of course it's just a picture.
