Does the stroke appear purely visually, or if you open the pdf, will it really be there as an object or object parameter? If the first - I also often noticed this, in some cases there are solutions. Spread ai and pdf, indicate clearly where to look and we'll see.

It is likely that the matter is in Adobe Acrobat-Acrobat- it generates PDF in its own way.
Is the browser ok?
