Do synchronizer programs (btsync, syncthing) greatly shorten the life of an SSD?

I plan to take a Plextor M6Pro 256Gb SSD to my laptop, while I constantly use programs for data synchronization (currently btsync), which are on autostart. Several folders of about 1 Gb each and one large folder of about 12 Gb are connected, mostly there are small files, git repositories, code, music. At startup, BtSync now indexes folders for a long time, and the load on the hard drive is felt. I heard that the number of read / write cycles for an SSD is limited, tell me, will btsync and its analogues greatly shorten the life of an SSD by constantly using it? Should you use them together or will you have to sacrifice either an SSD or a synchronizer?

In order to reduce the impact of this load, smart people buy SSDs.
Heard that the number of read / write cycles for SSD is limited
absolutely right.

will not be reduced at all. he was originally inanimate.

To exhaust the resource of overwriting cells on a home computer is a rather difficult task. If you do not do this on purpose, then you will not run into a resource.

A disk is just a disk and its task is to be a disk, feel free to use it, the warranty on disks is now three years, it seems like if it dies, just change it.
