I have a 511 model but 120 gigs. 1 month, normal flight. The speed does not reach the declared one, but compared to hdd, the results are simply excellent.
By the way, the box clearly says that the speeds are declared only for a certain type of content. In general, look for the SandForce SF-2281 controller - a lot has already been written about this on Habré.
