Do static and dynamic pages affect the results?

There is a site with dynamically generated content (on a template engine from the database on request)
Does it make sense to translate this into static?
Is it true that search robots will not see the data from your pages without static translation and they will not be included in the search results?

if not entirely in javascript - you don’t have to worry, everything will be indexed
if JS 40%+ - worry, look at the logs and Google Webmaster console - it can go wrong, there are errors or something worse
