There is a price list upload file generated by Bitrix in Yandex.Market. However, the information in both name and description is the same. Where in Bitrix is it set what should be in the name and what should be in the description?
The upload file was generated through Store-Data Export-Add Profile-Yandex

Options 2:
1) either the product has the same values in the title and description.
2) either the upload script was customized and the name was written in the description tag (perhaps by mistake).
Check
