Do I need to register Syma X25Pro?

The other day I became the owner of a Syma X25Pro copter (given by my wife for 23).
And in different sources they write about the need for its registration. I weighed on a kitchen scale, showed 253 grams, which, as it were, hints at the need for registration.
But on the same rc-today they write that it is not necessary.
Any brothers in arms here? Can someone clarify?
And about the conditions that within 10 days from the date of purchase must be registered. What happens if I don't make it in 10 days?

get accurate scales, if you fit into 250 grams - you do not need to register, otherwise it is mandatory.
