Why does dji quadcopters spin motors for a short time before takeoff?

Why do all drones from dji, from phantom 3 to mavic 2, speed up and then slow down the motors 2 times before takeoff? Is this some kind of warm-up or test?

And what's the problem with stealing from the site if you don't want to understand? :)
Yes, and on "jQuery slider" or on a similar request, Google is great. Maybe the same UI will suit you.
P.s. I personally did not understand the functionality of this slider in the example. Scroll it... so what? Kind of a pointless carousel. Those. its purpose is a mystery to me :)

This is a test for the full functioning of all 4 motors, so that it does not happen that the quadric has taken off, and 1 propeller is not spinning.
The same technology is used in motherboards, it can be enabled in the BIOS settings, before starting, power is first supplied to all coolers and the system checks whether they work properly or not. If not, then it will squeak, there will be no start

To check the correct fit of the propellers. If one of them sits badly, he will simply fly away.
Also, those copters that have props on the thread - to tighten them. On mavics - to straighten.
