No warranty for quadcopter?
Hello everyone, I need your advice. "got" into a situation with a gift:
Me on D.R. the girl decided to make a gift and buy a quadcopter - a toy in a local store. Everything would be fine, the quadcopter flew itself for 2 days (on the very first day, the charging stopped "going out", it usually glowed until it was fully charged and then stopped, but now it always glows regardless of whether it is connected to the battery or to the network - always, but that's hell with him) after which the following situation occurred: in flight over the field, it began to roll, it spun and fell. When I picked it up, I found one chipped blade and an unpleasant burning smell - one of the motors was so hot that when I touched it, I burned myself. I clicked the remote control up - all the motors are working, but the overheated one spins clearly weaker than the others, or it needs to be pushed so that it starts spinning. The quad stopped flying....
I'll find out from the girl, but what about the guarantee? It’s easier than looking for a new motor and a blade because it’s easier to just change it, given that it’s not my fault ... But it turns out there is no guarantee - only a cash receipt ...
Is the buyer obliged to issue a guarantee for such equipment?
Can a quadcopter as a product sold in a store not have a guarantee at all due to Chinese origin?
According to the mind, on whose side is the law and how to justify it?

If the warranty period is not set by the manufacturer and the seller, you can submit warranty claims within two years (Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 477, clause 2)
www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_9027/8b7a3...
Availability of a warranty card (and even a check) not necessarily if you can establish the fact and date of purchase.
Cheap copters are all so disposable. I myself am fond of having two. My son bought from cheap 3 pieces of disposable already.
If there is no guarantee, then there is none. The seller is under no obligation to anyone.
Propellers, engines, etc. in the quadrocopter - consumables.
You won't demand a replacement car when it runs out of gas, will you?
