Quadcopter CX-30W Calibration? or dead?

Got CX-30W with remote. But he doesn't fly. The propellers spin at normal speed, but only 2 legs rise from the surface, and so it stands. I thought that there was something with the calibration, but to carry it out according to the instructions (both knobs down to the right) - it doesn’t work, no effect. Can you tell me how to calibrate? What else to check? Or is he dead?

I'll answer part of the question.
The blades must be set taking into account the direction as shown on the body near the engines.
It started to take off, but now it is pulled in one direction.
