Do I need to buy a surge protector (not just an extension cord, but a network filter with protection) if the PSU is certified?

Hello. The question is possibly stupid. In general, there is a PSU, BeQuit L8-600W, Certificate 80Plus Bronze. I just know that such BP-shnikov already have any built-in protection. The question is whether it is necessary to take a surge protector (one that does not just act as an extension cord / tee, namely a surge protector with protection (who understood the topic =))
And the same question about Voltage Stabilizers? If there are doubts about the power grid, is it worth buying it? It's just that in my previous question, the person answered that "Modern computer PSUs work without problems in the voltage range of 150-300V, i.e. no stabilizers are needed." Therefore, I ask just in case =)

80Plus certification stands for energy efficiency, not "Every protection built in"

Learn the principle of operation of the PSU and then you will not have stupid questions.
There are no special protections in the PSU, just its design allows it to operate in a wide voltage range. As for protection against impulse noise, even cheap PSUs have a simple high-frequency filter at the power input, and in a PSU like yours, protection is much more serious

It is much more useful to check the presence of grounding in the outlet.

It is necessary, we are so stratified that it is better not to know ......
