Why doesn't Windows see the hard drive during installation?

Acer TravelMate 5760 laptop. Windows needs to be reinstalled. The problem is that the Windows installation disk (I tried 7 Pro - in accordance with the existing license sticker; also W10 Pro - for the test) at the installation stage where you need to select the hard disk layout, this very disk simply does not see point-blank as- like it doesn't exist. At the same time, the disk is detected correctly in the BIOS. What I did:
- changed the mode from AHCI to IDE and vice versa - there was no sense
- in IDE mode I booted from mhdd, did a surface and attribute check using smartt att - everything was fine
- changed the hard drive to another one - the picture is the same
- booted from Live CD Linux Mint - it perfectly detects the hard drive and works with it
- checked the RAM with memtest
And he remained at a loss, the options were over. I would also understand if the laptop was new and W7 simply would not be able to work with modern controllers without additional. drivers, but the laptop was assembled in 2012. Again, why couldn't the W10, which is supposed to be a middle-aged hardware, be able to detect hard drives, and different ones at that?
Where did the dog dig?

@SStep

To begin with, the recovery section is killed? It may be easier to start a factory restore
And so, apparently, it has a specific sata controller, which requires drivers that are not in standard distributions.
Unfortunately, without a full model, I did not find anything like that :(
