Which AMD FX processor to choose for a home server?

A computer running ESXi works at home, for all sorts of nonsense, it is also used as a laboratory, to look at some OSes, some software, some solutions, and for the home, like a torrent rocking chair and a file server, including, like a regular home computer, with using a forwarded video card.
For a long time I managed with a four-core processor, now I was going to change to an eight-core one.
In stores there is an FX 8300 for about six thousand, for about the same money there are FX 8320 on Avit, as far as I understand, they have a small difference in performance, while the 8300 consumes less electricity, heats up less and turns out to be better suited for work 24x7?
That is, it turns out that in my case, despite the same cost, it is better to take 8300 in the store than to wait for 8320 on Avit?

8300 overclock to 8320 and get the same TDP with the same frequency. In practice, there is practically no difference, but the 8320 is supposedly of better quality, older models with higher frequencies are more carefully selected.
Similarly, you can take 8320, lower the frequency to the level of 8300 - get below TDP. I doubt very much that, apart from the factory frequency, they still differ at least in some way)

In fact, this is one processor, it's just that the 8300 is a worse option, which was set to a lower frequency at the factory. AMD is not very suitable for 24/7 operation, because it heats up quite a lot and, as a result, makes noise. Why not buy an i3 at the same price and a motherboard half the price of a normal fx mother?
