There is no way without SSD in 2018 (and 2019 is already approaching)
For FS and modern games, at least 16 RAM, preferably in two channels. And for a VM, you should take 32. The frequency of the selected memory is also the same. On AMD, the memory speed gives a significant boost, so I would take 2993.
Instead of a cooler, I would just take a boxed version. If I'm not mistaken, he also wears a Wraith Prism.
In general, the computer is not enough for requests. You can play MOBA and cs for 3 years on Athlon II X2.
And for new games it will not pull. Not to mention software like WM.
So I would dig. Well, think again about the "X" processors and the B350. "X" is good for overclocking, for which this chipset is poorly suited. Especially the chosen version of the card.
