Where does extraneous noise come from when recording through a microphone?

Here is the noise that is written:
rghost.ru/8wvgk9XlX
zapmsyvaetsya regardless of the position of the ON / OFF switch on the computer headset.
here 50 Hz + some kind of voice guidance?
How to deal with it?
even in a regular skype, these interferences are noticeable.
It looks like a tip from some kind of radio or news TV. words cannot be deciphered

Most likely you have a wired radio going around your house + very poor shielding of the microphone and / or cable to it. If there is no friendship with the soldering iron, then throw out the microphone and buy a new one. If there is, replace the wire with a normal one (cheap and cheerful - a Russian microphone cable. It is usually bought at fire alarm installation offices. It looks bad, but it shields wonderfully) and connect the wires correctly (at least the screen is connected to the "ground" at one point, on connector).

before buying, you need to read 100 reviews about what you buy and then take it, and there will always be no significant noise
