Do I need to add sites that I partially edited to my portfolio?

I did freelancing jobs that needed to change or add a couple of blocks to the site. I did not complete the site completely, but I received payment and a completed order. Do I need to add such work to my portfolio? Thanks

Yes, but only with the permission of the owner and with an explanation of what exactly they did.
For the customer of the future, this will be a plus, since he will understand that you understand

In the portfolio you need to add what corresponds to your level, and whether you did it or not - it doesn’t make much difference, especially at the initial stage when there are generally no works of your own

In the format before and after, it is quite possible, especially if the effect of the change is significant. Hairdressers also did not make a person from scratch - they show how they changed him.
