Do I need a license for ubiquiti picostation m2 indoors?

At the hotel, right outside my door is a ubiquiti picostation m2. The signal is super (~ -47) but how does it shine into my room. I think how to force the administration to move the point further away or reduce power. I'm thinking of asking them for a license. So, do you need a license for the internal operation of ubiquiti picostation m2? Or how else to force them?
