Sending email with SparkPost?

Registered an account with SparkPost. I added a database of subscribers, made a letter template, but I can’t send it, I can’t find a menu where to send it to everyone or in groups. There is only a button to send a test up to 10 miles.
Google searched, everything is in English (.
Please tell me if there is such an opportunity in this service as sending the made template to the loaded groups, as well as sending according to the schedule ???

There is no submit button in the Sparkpost interface. This service is made to send emails using API.
You must make an API request to the service and indicate in it what you are sending (template id) and to whom you are sending (id of the list of recipients).

Sparkpost has an integration with Postman ( https://www.getpostman.com/) which is a special service for constructing API requests. That's just how Postman can be, as it were, an interface to Sparkpost.
