Is it possible to redirect to different IPs from 1 domain, at different ports?

I have many different servers, game servers, web servers, etc...
They are under different IPs.
The question is, is it possible, judging by port 443, to redirect to IP "xxxx", and when requesting port 25444 to the game server with IP "yyyy"?

I will add paran0id - and even HTTP requests to port 443, depending on the server name in the request - can also be sent to different servers and IP.
Given that you do not specify whether the servers are in the clouds, on the local network, or on different external IPs, then most likely we have a simple router and servers in the local area. So? Then this is done directly in the router. There are no specific recommendations, the settings are different everywhere and it doesn’t work normally everywhere, but in general it’s just port forwarding in the router.
