HTTPS and site indexing?

I am making a website. Now everything is working over the HTTP protocol, but after a while it is planned to buy a 100% certificate under HTTPS.

Question: will there be duplicates with the addresses of the pages "http" and "https"? The site should then be indexed again for links with https?

robots.txt is used for these purposes. it indicates on which other site there is a mirror and crawlers use this information at their own discretion: if the mirror site is already indexed, then re-indexing is not performed.

From experience I will say that almost always the plywood is successful, but a temporary departure from the issuance is normal.
