Do I correctly understand the organization of the web designer's workflow in terms of tools?
1) Not so long ago I began to develop in the field of web design (before that I made layouts on freelance). There was a question about the organization of the workflow, namely the tools. I must say right away that I don’t have a poppy axis, so I’m not considering sketch yet. From the material I read, I singled out the following work process for myself - icons, illustrations and various vector graphics are drawn in Illustrator, photos, collages, raster graphics are processed in Photoshop, and then we assemble the design from the resulting components in Figma. Is such a set of tools optimal?
2) Is it possible to draw vector graphics (icons, buttons, etc.) directly in Figma without using Illustrator? How much will I lose in terms of convenience if I do this? (I'm still very weakly familiar with Illustrator, I drew all the buttons and icons for training only in figma)
3) Can you please advise what a web designer needs to know in terms of working with photos in photoshop? If you have it at hand, I will not refuse links to any lessons on this topic;)
Many thanks in advance!

1. Just a few days ago, Figma 3.0 was released, the guys are developing their product very cool. More tools are available with every update. In my Agima, the entire web is drawn only in Figma, Photoshop has long been forgotten)) We use it to process the raster. An illustrator is practically not required in the work. Perhaps it is used by those who used it before the advent of Figma.
2. Figma is focused on the full-fledged work of a web designer. Those. You can draw interfaces and icons right away in Figma, usually no additional software is required.
3. Basic knowledge of fsh for a beginner will be enough. Working with layers and exporting elements is probably one of the most important knowledge :)
There is such a lesson, you can watch it:

Have a nice design...
1. That's about it, I would also add a few tools for prototyping.
2. It is not necessary to use Illustrator, it is for complex vector graphics. To draw an icon, it will be enough to work on Figma, and she made this possibility very convenient.
3. Any book on photo editing is enough, try reading the official manual.
