Distortions on the monitor. What could be the problem?

Distortions appear on the monitor periodically when turned on. Reboot helps, but can someone come across such artifacts?

Perhaps the vidyuha, try to connect it to another working monitor, if the problem repeats, I advise you to check the vidyukha, it may die :(
